I Have lost a lot of weight over the last year and a bit. Mostly with the help of slimming world. Unfortunately I have had to stop attending because of time and financial constraints. I am proud to say i haven’t gained back much of the weight I previously lost .I did gain half a stone and I have started to feel it in my cloths and see it in my face.so the new goal is to try and lose that half stone and hit my goal of 14 stone by the 1st of November.
That that is two stone and probably going to be tough.
the priority this week is to look at my diet . Reduce the amount of bread I have been eating and drink more water. I will look into exercise next week as i can see a major change to my schedule that may be coming down the line and i have to be able to make sure I can integrate them together .
To get to my goal I need to lose two pounds a week.
