Things are insanely busy at the moment. Which is normal for November. For some reason things hit the fan around this time of year. College projects come due and work ramps up the pace. The same is true with the new job as much as in boots. People want to get their ads online.
I have made things worse this year by adding on some work in the form of my cello exam which takes place this Saturday. I’m pretty confident that I know my pieces and scales. What is worry I me is the aural exam. Its always the bit I never feel prepared for.
I got some good project stuff to put up as well as some photos but I never seem to have time to do it. Over the next week expect to see (or hear) an audio documentary which was recorded a week or two ago. I also want to review the book Philomena Lee ideally along side the movie but I haven’t had time to do that.
I also had a brief oppertunity use my arduino . I bought it months ago as a treat to myself and I haven’t had a chance to use it untill last month I finally had the oppertunity to make… A light switch. It didn’t take long and was based off a YouTube video I learn well that way.
I haven’t had the chance to touch my tarot project or my practice app. Though I have thought of a name for it. When I get to work on it a bit more I will work on it.
I do have some big news updates around my writing. I am a hug he fan of the magic spreadsheet. Its a Google doc that tracks how many words you write each day on a project. My project is an urban fantasy novel that I can’t give the title for because I haven’t thought of one yet. I am writing my 6th chapter out of 10 planned chapters and I have been writing for 120 days with approximately 400 words a day. I’m level 4 on the magic spreadsheet and currently ranked 37th/36th (there’s another guy with approximately as many days as I have so we jump around each other ) on the leaderboard for consistency. I’m proud of myself because I didn’t even consider that I was on the leaderboard at all.
Link our new dog is settling in well . he and frank play fight a lot . but hes a quick learner and a even qucker eater . heses a photo of link learning to walk properly on the lead
