Losing it all on the weekends

So here is the results of the last week  I am up a pound. I fell down a bit a the weekend because I was quite good during the week. the weekend is where things went awry
I fall down a lot at the weekend. I think there is a few factors that go into me falling down . We don’t do a food shop until Sunday and I tend to eat most of the food in the house by Friday.
So the first problem is that there is very little by way of healthy  food in the house on a Saturday. when I get hungry I go buy pizza.
The second problem is its the weekend. People(I) let their (my) guard down. there is a lot of temptation to get a bottle of wine order takeout and go to the cinema and eat sweets.

It is hard to go it’s just another day and I end up undoing a lot of my good work from the weekdays .
So the real question is what do I plan to do to limit these problems?
I should choose to buy healthier food on Friday or Saturday.
maybe soup instead of microwave pizza.  and limit the bags of jellies to a bag of jellies or replace completely with some fruit.
It’s taken time for me to get an actual weigh in because my scales are broken.  I can’t be sure if the new weight I can’t really tell if I’m up or down because different scales have different results.  I’d be surprised if I am actually down considering the what I ate at the weekend but I have to start measuring somehow.
