I lost 6 pounds last week, it was a bit of an accident. I was not supposed to start losing weight until I finished radiotherapy. However a few factors last week resulted in the weight loss.
Recording all my food: This is one of my big goals. For the month to record everything I eat between now and my trip to new york. Where I am likely to regain all 6 pounds. I put the food into my fitness pall. and when I hit my calorie consumption I stop eating. It is never going to be 100% accurate but it gives me something I can look at and a cutoff point when I hit my calorie limit.
I am still working on the 30-day total body yoga challenge, it’s just not going to be 30 consecutive days. The challenge added a warm-up portion upping the 20-30 minutes to nearly 40. so more exercise its also tougher now then when I started.
I have a sore throat. Its one of the side effects of radiotherapy and not unexpected but still when it feels like your swallowing glass it makes you less likely to snack.
I am happy about losing so much the last few months have consisted of me watching the weight pile on. I was worrying that I won’t be able to get fit in time for the wedding in March. It’s a good sign that I can lose the weight. so this week I am trying to repeat the process, I am not sure if it is possible for me to repeat weight loss that good but I am 2 pounds away from my goal for this month so if I get that I will be ecstatic
my yoga block arrived. which is good because I needed it for some of the trickier poses.
The thing about big weightlosses one week usually comes with a refractory period for me. Like I get lazy and regain a little the week after. It wouldn’t surprise me if that happens again. Still, it’s worth trying.
