This is a silly thing to be excited about since in the past I could easily lose 5 pounds in a week but back then i was cooking for myself and had a lot more free time. Now I’m dealing with limitations around fitness and food that freaks me out a little and my weight has exploded up nearly 2 stone. This one tiny little pound has is the first sign i have had that I can lose weight and its a small win that i sorely needed.
So now is the time to make plans and hopefully stick to them.
So by March 31st I am going to be 95 Kg.
I am going to lose 5 Kg By Jan 15.
I will start with the diet and a bit of exercise . Back on the hula hoop to start.
